Issued (05 UTC) 1pm PhT 061614
_____________________________

Tropical Depression Hagibis is now weakening significantly over the Fujian Province in Southeastern China. Maximum winds have gone down to 45 to 65kph. The remnants of Hagibis are currently moving north northeastward at around 10kph.

Latest satellite image shows the circulation of Hagibis is still intact with low to mid-level clouds still swirling around the center. Bands of light to moderate rains continue to impact the region and have begun to move into Fujian Province. Some areas are already reporting 50 to as much as 150mm of rainfall.

Tropical Depression Hagibis should continue dissipating later today. Its remnants will become absorbed along the baroclinic zone and will likely become an extra-tropical cyclone over the next few days. Rainfall will continue across Fujian and neighboring provinces.

This will be our Final Update on this cyclone.
