Typhoon Tembin (Igme) & Typhoon Bolaven Video Update 3

Here is our latest Video Update on Typhoon Tembin (Bagyong Igme) and Typhoon Bolaven. Tembin is expected to make landfall tomorrow afternoon (Thursday) in Taitung or Hualien County as a strong typhoon. By Friday, Tembin will have weakened to a tropical storm but could slow down and make an abrupt u-turn as it interacts with the approaching Typhoon Bolaven.
