Here is our latest Video Update for Tropical Storm Doksuri (Formerly Bagyong Dindo) as it moves closer towards Hong Kong. Rains and gusty winds could impact the region start tonight with the landfall forecasted to be around dawn tomorrow (Saturday morning) at an area 50 to 100km west of Hong Kong. Another system we are watching is Invest 96W which could become a cyclone in the next 12 to 24 hours.
