TD 10W (Juaning) Video Update #2

Tropical Depression 10W or Juaning was last located approximately 280km east of Virac, Catanduanes. Maximum sustained winds are at 55kph with gusts of up to 85kph. 10W is moving WNW at 15kph.

As of 5pm today, PAGASA has raised Signal #1 for Catanduanes.

This is our forecast track for TD 10W (Juaning):

We are forecasting TD 10W to make landfall in Isabela by Wednesday morning as a strong Tropical Storm (not a typhoon).
