Invest 97W has been upgraded to a tropical depression. TD 06W or "Egay" was last located approximately 450km NE of Davao City. It is moving NNW at 10kph. Maximum sustained winds are at 45kph with gusts reaching up to 65kph.
No signal warnings yet from PAGASA as of 6am today.
Computer model runs last night are still split as to how strong TD 06W will get although most of them are showing an offshore track. JTWC is forecasting a peak intensity of 65kph sustained before weakening just east of Luzon on Monday.
