Tropical Update

Low Pressure Area is now beginning to affect the southern half of the Philippines. Development into a tropical depression is now looking less likely due to close proximity to land (although, there is a chance that it strengthens once it reaches the South China Sea). Nevertheless, heavy rain should be expected all over Mindanao and S. Visayas. Rainfall amounts of up to 200mm could fall over the next two days. Unsettled weather will continue into the early part of next week.
