This is just a follow up of our earlier post, made 3pm PhT. This is our first video update so we apologize if it looks amateurish (which it does!). We were hoping for a video that is somewhere between 3-6min long but we ended up with a 10-min long video! We hope that you watch at least the first few minutes and comment on the youtube page to let us know what you think. We will improve our video updates in the next days or so.
Anyway, the data used in the video were taken at 11am PhT so it would be best to refer to PAGASA for the latest OFFICIAL warnings and information.
