Tropical Storm Malou Update #6

Tropical Storm Malou strengthened a bit in the past 24 hours. Winds are now at 75kph; gusts can reach up to 100kph. It is moving to the north at 15kph. Malou should cross the Jeju (Cheju) island sometime today.

(No changes to the forecast except the expected landfall time.)
Tropical Storm Malou should continue moving to the north/north northeast; further intensification is possible. It is forecast to make landfall on the southern tip of the peninsula tonight (RP time). Malou should then turn to the northeast. By Wednesday, it will weaken to a tropical depression as it moves over the Sea of Japan.
