TS Lionrock is almost stationary at the moment. Maximum winds are still at 75kph although it could possibly strengthen during the next 24 hours due to weakening vertical wind shear. Lionrock also appears to be interacting with a developing low pressure area just east of Taiwan. This will have to be watched since this could affect Lionrock's track.
