Tropical Storm Dianmu has retained its strength as it nears South Korea. Maximum winds remain at 90kph. Dianmu is moving north at 15kph. There are no changes to the forecast. Dianmu is expected to begin turning northeastward and make landfall on the southwest side of South Korea by Wednesday morning (Philippine Time).
