TS Dianmu Update #03

Tropical Storm Dianmu continues to intensify as it exits the Philippine Area of Responsibility. Maximum sustained winds are now 90kph with gusts up to 130kph according to JMA. Dianmu is moving northward at 30kph. Dianmu will likely make landfall on the southwestern part of South Korea early Wednesday morning (Philippine Time).
