The tropical depression from yesterday has strengthened and is now a tropical storm with an international name of "Dianmu". TS Dianmu is packing maximum sustained winds of 65kph and gusts of up to 90kph. The storm is moving north at around 12kph. Further intensification is likely; next update will be on 2pm PST.
