TY Conson has slightly weakened as it interacts with the island of Luzon. Winds have decreased to 120kph sustained, and 150kph wind gusts. The storm continues to move westward. All of Central and Southern Luzon will experience deteriorating conditions in the next few hours. Rains could dump as much as 100mm in some areas especially those that are within the path of the center of the storm.
