TS Conson (Basyang) Update #6

Conson (Basyang) has been downgraded to a tropical storm after it made landfall in the Northern Quezon area. The storm continues to move west at 20kph as it passes just north of Manila. TS Conson still has maximum sustained winds of up to 110kph and gusts reaching 150kph. NCR and neighboring areas will experience heavy rain accompanied by strong winds within the next three hours. By Wednesday morning, Conson will approximately be 150km NW of Manila, around Zambales province.
