A tropical disturbance has been spotted east of the Philippines. Maximum winds are estimated to be around 45-55kph. The disturbance is moving WSW slowly. It could develop into a weak tropical storm tonight into tomorrow. It is expected to move west through Central Luzon and exit into the South China Sea by Monday night.
