Tropical Storm Conson is now moving towards Northern Vietnam. Current sustained winds are at 100kph. It will make landfall east of Hanoi within the next 8-12 hours and will quickly dissipate afterward. This is the final update for Tropical Storm Conson.
Except for a couple of Low Pressure Areas east of the Philippines, the rest of the Western Pacific looks relatively calm.
