Tropical Depression 04W crossed the island of Luzon on Sunday. It has slightly weakened with maximum sustained winds of 45kph. The system is currently moving west and could strengthen into a Tropical Storm within the next 24 hours. It will continue to bring moderate rain around Luzon before turning North-westward toward Hong Kong.
