Pepeng moves out of PAR

Pepeng is now expected to leave the Philippines for good in the next few hours. Last location was around 260km WNW of Dagupan City. It remains a Tropical Depression. It could strengthen to a weak Tropial Storm by tomorrow although that should not affect the Northern Luzon anymore. Elsewhere in the Pacific, Tropical Depression Nepartak continues to move north and will not be a threat to the Philippines. The other tropical disturbance we've been watching seems to have dissipated so that is a good news.

The Philippines can now expect better weather in the coming days although occasional rain showers and thunderstorms might appear. Southern part might experience very warm days, especially eastern Mindanao.
