_________________________________

Super Typhoon Haiyan (Bagyong Yolanda) continues to move closer to the Philippines and is actually less than 24 hours from landfall! The system moved near the Republic of Palau last night and intensified into a Category 5 cyclone as it moves across the Philippine Sea. Warnings have now been posted by PAGASA and local government agencies are ramping up their preparations for this typhoon. Please watch out video below for the in-depth data on the locations that we'll be impacted, the heavy rains and strong winds.

We'll keep you updated and we'll have another post later today. If you live in the areas under the forecast track, please heed the warnings of your local government officials! If you live in flood prone and landslide prone areas, evacuate. Stock up on food and water and clothing as well! Stay safe!
