Rains and strong winds should continue to weaken across Northern Luzon later this morning. A total of up to 200mm of rain was recorded in some areas last night but thankfully, clearer weather is in the forecast.
Typhoon Krosa will continue moving across the South China Sea/West Philippine Sea and will threaten Southern China, especially Hainan, this weekend.
We'll have another update later tonight.
