Here is our latest Video Update:

Tropical Depression 02W (Bagyong Crising) is now moving across the South China Sea and away from the Philippines. The system was last located approximately 750km southeast of Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. Maximum winds are from 45kph to around 65kph. TD 02W is moving west southwestward at 20kph.

PAGASA has given their final bulletin on Crising and has subsequently dropped all Public Storm Warning Signals in the Philippines.

Latest satellite image shows a very disorganized system. Strong vertical wind shear continues to displace the convection away from the low-level center. This system is forecast to gradually weaken and dissipate altogether. However, rains from the remnants of 02W may still impact parts of Vietnam and Indochina in the coming days.

Both the Joint Typhoon Warning Center and JMA have given their final warnings for this system. Likewise, this will be our final update on Tropical Depression 02W.
