Sanba made landfall near Vladivostok, Russia earlier this morning as a weak Tropical Storm. It has transitioned into an extra-tropical cyclone as it interacts with the baroclinic zone. Rains and winds will continue across Vladivostok and nearby areas. A front associated with Sanba is moving across Japan bringing widespread rains there as well.

This will be our final update on Sanba. We'll have our Tropical Update later this afternoon for the latest info on a low pressure area near Guam that could become a cyclone in the next few days.
