Latest video update on a very busy Western Pacific as we are currently tracking THREE systems! We have Typhoon Nesat (Pedring) now moving out of Luzon, TD Haitang beginning to dissipate over Vietnam, and a newly-formed cyclone well east of the Philippines-TD 22W.
