Video Update for Nesat and Nalgae. Tropical Storm Nesat has made landfall in NE Vietnam a few hours ago and is now moving over Hanoi. Typhoon Nesat (Quiel), on the other hand, is intensifying over the Philippine Sea. It will probably make landfall tomorrow morning over Cagayan/Isabela Area as a strong Category 3 typhoon.
