Tropical Depression 14W Update #3

Tropical Depression 14W looks like it's going to be a short lived tropical system. The JTWC has put out its final advisory regarding TD 14W. Hong Kong Observatory and JMA, however, are still tracking the system. Based on these two weather bureaus, TD 14W's location has been relocated significantly and is now located west of Hainan. Maximum winds are at 45kph. TD 14W is stationary right now; it is not expected to strengthen. Nevertheless, TD 14W will still bring widespread moderate to heavy rain across Hainan and Southern China.
