Mindulle made landfall this morning. It continues to rapidly weaken as it moves over Vietnam. It is expected to dissipate in 24 hours. This is the final update for TS Mindulle.
Meanwhile, a couple of low pressure areas east of the Philippines are being watched for possible development. Both have "poor" chances, however.
