TS Mindulle Update #02

Tropical Storm Mindulle has strengthened considerably over the past 24 hours. Mindulle packs sustained winds of up to 110kph with gusts reaching 140kph. The storm is moving to the northwest at 20kph. It is expected to make landfall late Tuesday night/early Wednesday in Northern Vietnam. Rainfall amounts of as much as 200mm is possible.

Mindulle will gradually weaken and eventually dissipate as it moves over Vietnam.
