TS Lionrock continues to move slowly to the north. Its maximum winds remain at 65kph. Lionrock is moving north northwest at 10kph. It forecast to continue moving towards Southern China, strengthening slowly along the way. Forecast models, however, are not in agreement as to where it will make its landfall. A number of those models actually bring Lionrock towards Taiwan and merge with another Low Pressure Area. Our forecast, on the other hand, calls for a general northward movement, making landfall east of Hong Kong on Tuesday. Lionrock will then move westward before dissipating. This is supported by some forecast models, as well as different weather agencies.
