TD 04W has been upgraded into a tropical storm status (international name: Chanthu). Sustained winds have increased to 65kph. It has also began moving NNW at 10kph. TS Chanthu will continue to strengthen in the next 48 hours, although typhoon strength is unlikely. It will make landfall west of Hong Kong on Wednesday.
