*Final Warning*
TS Chanthu continues to weaken as it moves over land. It will continue to bring strong winds and heavy rain across southern China. Chanthu is moving northwestward and is expected to dissipate north of Vietnam in 12-24 hours. This is the final warning for Tropical Storm Chanthu.
