Latest Video Update on Tropical Storm Tembin (Bagyong Igme) east of Luzon. The system is forecast to make landfall in Taiwan later this week. Also an update on the two disturbances we're watching near the Marianas. Invests 97W and 98W could merge and form a cyclone in the next 2 to 3 days.
