Tropical Storm Nock-Ten or Juaning was last located, as of 5pm today, approximately 50km east of Daet, Camarines Norte. Maximum sustained winds are at 65kph gusting to 75kph. Juaning is moving westward at 10kph.
As of 5pm today, PAGASA has raised Signal Warning #2 for Camarines Provinces, Albay, Catanduanes, Pangasinan, Nueva Ecija, Zambales, Pampanga, Tarlac, Bulacan, Bataan, Rizal, Cavite, Laguna, Batangas
Quezon, Polillo Island, and Metro Manila. Signal #1 for Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, Apayao, Cagayan, Abra, Kalinga, Isabela, Mt. Province, Ifugao, La Union, Benguet, Nueva Vizcaya, Quirino, Aurora, Mindoro Provinces, Lubang Is., Marinduque, Romblon, Burias Is., Masbate, Ticao Is., and Sorsogo.
Signal #2 areas will begin experience gusty winds in 3 hours up to 70kph. Rainfall amounts of up to 200mm in just six hours so flash floods and landslides are likely. Signal #1 will have winds of up to 50-60kph. Rainfall amounts of 100mm in six hours possible.
