Tropical Storm Lionrock Update #12

Tropical Storm Lionrock continues to move towards Southeastern China. Maximum winds have decreased to 95kph. Lionrock will continue to weaken before making landfall south of Xiamen by morning (Thursday). It will dissipate in 24-36hours.

Meanwhile, a tropical disturbance is organizing fairly well a few hundred kilometers northwest of Guam. This could be the next tropical cyclone in the Pacific.
