TD 07W (Florita) Update #02
TD 07W (local name Florita) remains a tropical depression with sustained winds of up to 55kph. "Florita" was last spotted approximately 450km NW of Manila and is moving to the north at 15kph. It will not have any significant impacts to Luzon although it might enhance the monsoon, bringing rain to NW Luzon especially the Ilocos Region.
