Tropical Storm Jelawat is now becoming an extra-tropical cyclone over the North Pacific. It is currently moving near the Kuril Islands with winds of around 65kph. It will be bringing rains across Kuril and Kamchatka in the next few hours.
We expect Jelawat to complete extra-tropical transition tonight and isn't forecast to be a threat to any land. This will be our final update on this system.
