There's not much to say today in terms of the weather in the Philippines. Absolutely clear skies and gorgeous weather for much of the country today and for the next few days. The only areas of concern are parts of Northern and Eastern Luzon. The passage of a cold-front (from the same storm that killed at least four people in Japan) could enhance some localized showers today and for tomorrow. We're not looking at huge rainfall amounts, fortunately.

The next three days are quiet, perfect for travel plans during the Holy Week. There's almost equal chances of thunderstorms, however, and since we really can't predict exactly where each cell would form, you'll notice rain chances of anywhere between 20% to 40%. This usually means that isolated thunderstorms are possible, especially in the afternoon. Normally, these showers are quick moving and die quickly. However, they do have the propensity to drop huge amounts of rain in such a short span of time (as much as 30mm in an hour) so please keep that in mind.
Forecast Graphic, NOT OFFICIAL!
Otherwise, no large weather maker this week. Next update will be on Saturday, April 7.
