90W remains largely disorganized, although a low level circulation center is still present roughly 360km SouthEast of Hong Kong. Please note that JMA is already classifying this system as a Tropical Depression. The disturbance is bringing heavy rain to Southern Taiwan as well as to Northwest Luzon (Ilocos). JTWC's confidence probability remains at "Medium." Computer models no longer developing a system though.
91W is moving westward. Disorganized as well although conditions remain somewhat favorable. No models picking up on this either and JTWC is giving a "Low" confidence. It will still be watched though.
