TS Mindulle Update #01

TD 06W has been upgraded into a Tropical Storm. TS Mindulle's maximum sustained winds are 65kph and it's gusts are around 85kph. Mindulle is moving west northwest at a speed of 20kph. It is forecasted to intensify further before making landfall south of Hanoi Wednesday morning.
