Tropical Storm Chanthu Update #4

Tropical Storm Chanthu continues to move toward Southern China; sustained winds remain at 65kph. Chanthu is still expected to intensify into a Sever Tropical Storm before making landfall west of Hong Kong on Wednesday night/early Thursday.
