Issued (00 UTC) 8am PhT 080414
___________________________

Nakri has now weakened to a Tropical Depression as it makes landfall in South Korea. The system was last located approximately 120km south of Seoul. Maximum sustained winds are down to 45kph with gusts of up to 65kph. Nakri is moving northeastward at 15kph.

Latest satellite image shows convection associated with Nakri has become almost non-existent. The circulation is also rapidly weakening and becoming disorganized. Surface wind observations across South Korea only range from 20kph to 40kph. Rains have also become more and more isolated as convection weakens.

Tropical Depression Nakri should dissipate as it continues to cross South Korea today. Weather conditions across the region, except for parts of Mainland Japan, should start improving by tomorrow.

This will be the final update for Nakri.
